PR/OJECT MANAGER
I practice, teach and research PR/OJECT MANAGEMENT. I am a PR/OJECT MANAGER, with a PhD in MANAGEMENT from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, a MA in PROJECT MANAGEMENT and a BA in PR from the National University of Political Sciences and Public Administration. I have 15 years of experience working in PR and marketing related roles for top-tier corporations, SMEs and start-ups. Since 2018, I am the founder of SUSTENOBIL PR/ODUCTION, agency providing PR, PR/OJECT and PR/ODUCT MANAGEMENT services in +20 countries across 3 continents. Since 2022, I serve as an Associate Assistant Professor at the National University of Political Sciences and Public Administration in Bucharest, where I teach „Entrepreneurship & Innovation” for post-graduate students at the Project Management and Communication in Business Master’s programmes.

Academic Background
PR/OJECT MANAGEMENT
Education has always been fundamental to my growth, shaping my academic path from PR to PR/OJECT MANAGEMENT, and now to MANAGEMENT studies.
In 2014, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the National University of Political Sciences and Public Administration (SNSPA) in Bucharest. I advanced my expertise in 2016 with a Master’s degree in Project Management, also from SNSPA.
To further deepen my knowledge, I began a PhD program in 2021 at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE). My research focuses on “Sustainable Management in the GIG Economy: GIG vs. Traditional Business Models in the Delivery Sector.”
Between 2022 and 2023, I proudly served as an Associate Assistant Professor at ASE, teaching Entrepreneurship and combining academic theory with insights from my professional journey. Since 2022, I have also been an Associate Assistant Professor at SNSPA, continuing my commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders.

SUSTENOBIL
In 2018, I founded SUSTENOBIL PR/ODUCTION to merge my passions: advertising, public relations as key pillars of the creative industries; education and training for continuous learning; and audio-video and performance production.
SUSTENOBIL PR/ODUCTION is dedicated to supporting sustainable initiatives within the Creative and Cultural Industries. We design innovative projects that address the needs of today while envisioning a better tomorrow.
The name itself reflects our ethos: Sustainability + Nobility. It represents a commitment to doing business with care for people, planet, and ultimately, profit—ensuring a balance between purpose and progress.

ReFEEL App
ReFEEL App is a crowdsourcing-based start-up designed to become a global solutions provider for the GIG economy. Currently in its MVP stage, ReFEEL bridges local communities with the global economy through a dynamic marketplace where independent couriers connect with customers across Romania.
In 2020, ReFEEL App gained national recognition by being featured in the premiere of Imperiul Leilor (Romania’s Dragons’ Den) on PRO TV and becoming a finalist in the Future Makers start-up incubator. The following year, the app received the Biz Sustainability Award for Digital Innovation, a testament to its impactful approach to sustainability and innovation.
The journey of ReFEEL App has been widely covered by leading media outlets, including PRO TV, Ziarul Financiar, Start-Up.ro, Orange.ro, and Metropola TV, showcasing its relevance and potential in reshaping the GIG economy landscape.

Public presentations
I am passionate about sharing my experiences and insights through public presentations on topics such as sustainable PR, PR/OJECT MANAGEMENT and PR/ODUCT MANAGEMENT.
Since 2022, I have been an Associate Assistant Professor at the National University of Political Sciences and Public Administration, holding the Entrepreneurship & Innovation seminar for postgraduate students. Between 2022 and 2023, I served as an Associate Assistant Professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where I taught Entrepreneurship to BA students. I am passionate about sharing my expertise in creative industries, communications, project management, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, contributing to the growth and development of future professionals.
Additionally, I provide spokesperson services for organizations, leveraging my expertise to communicate their vision and values effectively. Sharing knowledge and empowering others remains at the core of my professional journey.

In 2019, I held a session on sustainability and creative industries within „Better IN” Erasmus+ funded project organised by Prsd Pro – respostas in Portugal in front of +40 social workers from 20 countries from Europe, Africa & Middle East, following the „Women 2 Women” project in 2018.
