In high school, I graduated as valedictorian, and in college, I led my group with the same determination.

By 22, I landed my dream job at RADIO GUERRILLA, producing the weekend morning show. Between 23 and 25, I worked for two of Romania’s most acclaimed PR agencies, Graffiti PR and McCann PR, developing integrated communication campaigns for major brands like Gillette, Reserved, and Engie.

At 25, I became Social Media Specialist at Altex Romania, the largest IT&C retail chain with over 100 stores nationwide. That same year, I bought my first apartment and launched my own company, SUSTENOBIL PR/ODUCTION, an agency delivering PR, PR/OJECT, and PR/ODUCT management services in over 20 countries worldwide.

By 28, I was shaping employer branding strategies as Employer Branding Specialist for Carrefour Romania, one of the largest retail chains. In parallel, I founded ReFEEL Solutions, Inc., pitching the ReFEEL App, a sustainability hub, on the premiere of Shark Tank/Dragon’s Den Romania, viewed by over 1.5 million people. A year later, the ReFEEL App won the Biz Sustainability Award for Digital Innovation from Biz Magazine.

At 29, I embarked on a PhD program at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) with a thesis on “Sustainable Management in the GIG Economy: Traditional vs. GIG Business Models in the Delivery Sector.” This academic journey led me to teach Entrepreneurship seminars to undergraduates in Finance, Banking, and Stock Exchanges. At 30, I expanded my teaching role to the Project Management Master’s Program at the National University of Political Sciences and Public Administration (SNSPA), where I had been a student myself, delivering seminars on Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

Today, I practice, teach and research PR/OJECT MANAGEMENT and emerging domains as a cornerstone of both my professional and academic pursuits.
